The font used in Windows 10 is Segoe UI. There is a default font set in Windows 10. You can see it on the settings panel. You can change it by your own.
Lets see How to change the system font in Windows 10
1. Open the "Control panel"
2. Then choose 'Fonts' option
3. You can see available fonts in Windows 10. Choose the required font.(eg: Arial, Courier, Verdana, Tahoma etc)
4. Open 'Notepad'
5. Copy and paste the registry code shown below.
6. Save the registry code name you wish to add in 'ENTER NEW FONT NAME'.
7. Click on 'File'
8. Click 'Save as'
9. For adding file name select all the files below 'Save as type' and ass .reg extension
10. Click on 'Save'
11. For mixing with registry double click on .reg
12. Click 'Yes'
13. Click 'OK'
14. Once it is completed restart your computer.
